Practice 1

Before falling asleep (always at your own particular hour), lie down, face up, on your bed. Relax all of the muscles in your body and make your mind blank. You must not think of absolutely anything for 30 minutes. This practice should be done six days out of the week.

(My words. It’s is hard to “not think” of anything in the beginning, and when we try to do it we may begin to “think more” try in this exercise to just become receptive. Like when you are watching a sunset or when you see something really beautiful. Normally in those moments you are not thinking right? you are “reciveing” in the moment. You are listening deeply in the soul, and inside you are silent to that moment.

So the master asks us to stop thinking for some time each day, my advise is to become receptive to your heart beat, for example, Just “listen” to your inner space and you will find the mind falls silent when it is just sitting in the sun light. 🌞 (your inner Being) Start with 5 mins of listening / sun bathing, and work your way up to the 30 mins. When you “get it” you will see it is not difficult at all to bask in the silent sunlight for 30 mins. We all love to sit in the sun and close our eyes to experience that wonderful feeling. Thinking is not needed to be open to receive love energy.)
